The various grounds for termination of a mutual
First, it is important to note that any insurance contract, unless otherwise stated, is valid for a period of one year. If you are not satisfied with your current mutual, or if you change the situation, or if you do not accept the tariff increase your insurance, here are the reasons can be given for the termination of your insurance:
Termination at maturity is the reason for termination of a mutual most common. The Insurance Code has regulated the termination of a contract of general insurance and health insurance in particular. Termination for mandatory membership is part where you have a mutual personally, but your new employer offers a complementary health purchased for all employees of the company. This complementary health can be imposed. Therefore, you can cancel your insurance as an individual on this ground, readily accepted by insurance companies. Termination for unjustified rate increase comes when you see a tariff increase your insurance. To cancel your contract, however, be sure to comply with a notice of one month and send your mail within 15 days of knowledge of the increase.
