The heat can be overbearing, so this is one thing that you need to watch out for. Bring lots of sunscreen, a hat and possibly a thin long sleeve shirt which will protect you during the day. Taking off early, even before sunrise is wise because you will be protected during these hours. Of course, this can be difficult for the person who is more of a night owl, but you may change your mind when you get up for the sunrise and have this goal in mind.
